This journey inspired her to return to Geelong, Australia, where she established her own restaurant in the heart of the city. As the first sushi bar in Geelong, we take pride in our rich history and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Fujisan Japanese Restaurant opened its doors on Ryrie Street in 1996, driven by a passion for sharing the vibrant flavors of Japan. Now in its second generation, our family-run business continues to uphold the values of quality, community, and kindness that have defined us from the beginning.
